Full refunds are available for returned books postmarked within 30 days of the original order date. We'll deduct a $5 shipping fee per book ($10 maximum), and the initial shipping fees aren't refundable. Please use the pre-paid Chegg UPS return shipping label and see our guidelines on shipping. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method 3-5 business days after we receive your books.
